The price range of 37.26 Lakh to 45.9 Lakh is reasonable for the location and amenities provided. I appreciate the Vaastu compliant design and the presence of a fire fighting system for safety. The overall atmosphere of the project feels peaceful.

  This is my fit property purchase and I chose Shree Ram Gurushikhar for my 2 BHK. The 1380 sq.ft apartment is a good starting size, and the price of 37.26 Lakh fit my initial investment plan. It’s a significant upgrade and offemuch more comfort for our family. The developer, Shree Ram Group, has a good track record. Having a children's play area and a badminton court is great for our kids. The location is quite decent, though the traffic on Tonk Road can be heavy sometimes.
