It's great that it's ready to move in, so we can start our life here soon. The proximity to SHREE SAHJANAND HOSPITAL at nearby is reassuring. Also, Korat School Shapar is nearby, which is convenient if we plan to start a family soon. One thing that bothered us a bit was the noise from nearby ongoing construction, which is quite common in developing areas like Shapar. Still, the basic amenities like power backup and CCTV are good.
