I liked that it's ready to move, so we didn't have to wait long. The 1 BHK flat we got has a carpet area of around 550 square feet, which is enough space for us now. The 24x7 water supply and security are good features for peace of mind. Shree Ram Buildeseem to have thought about basic necessities. The power backup is also a plus, especially during monsoon season. It’s a quiet neighbourhood overall, which is what we were looking for. The metro is a bit far, but the bus connectivity is decent.
