It's ready to move, so that saved us a lot of waiting. The children's play area is decent and my daughter spends a lot of time there. The price was within our budget, around 25 Lakhs. The location on Gorwa Refinery Road is okay, but traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houOverall, it's a good place for families needing proximity to schools and basic amenities.
