We were looking for a place close to school for the kids. Cygnus school harni is just about 2 kilometeaway, which is super convenient. We got a 2 BHK apartment here in Shree Park Woods Phase 2. It's ready to move, so that saved us a lot of waiting. The children's play area is decent and my daughter spends a lot of time there. The price was within our budget, around 25 Lakhs. The location on Gorwa Refinery Road is okay, but traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houOverall, it's a good place for families needing proximity to schools and basic amenities.

We purchased a 2 BHK in Shree Park Woods Phase 2 for my parents. The built-up area is 1175 square feet, which is quite spacious for them. It’s ready to move, so they could shift in right after completion in December 2020. The project has a nice jogging track and a senior citizen siteout area which they use regularly. Being close to the Gorwa Refinery Road is good for general access. The price was around 26 Lakhs, which was acceptable. My only minor issue is the parking can feel a bit cramped, especially during weekends when visitoarrive. Otherwise, the 24x7 security and power backup provide good peace of mind.
