The absolute best part is its proximity to Kameshwar vidhyamandir school – literally nearby, making school runs a breeze for my kids. Plus, Shalby Multi-Specialty Hospitals being just as close is a huge relief for any parent. We opted for a 3 BHK, and the living space is comfortable for our family of four. Being ready to move in meant we could settle quickly. The connectivity is also great with Sarkhej-Gandhinagar Highway and Ring Road nearby. My only slight concern is the dust from the ongoing construction in the wider area, which can be noticeable on balconies. We hope this improves over time.
