We decided on Shree Nilaya Pride because it is so close to St. Xavier's High School, literally 0 kilometeaway. That was the main selling point for our family. The 2 BHK flats offer about 655 square feet of carpet area, which seems adequate for our needs. Shree Disha Realty is building it, and it's expected to be ready by December 2026. They have included a kids' play area and landscaping which will be nice for the children. The Vastu compliant design is also a positive for us. The Solid Waste Management system is a good addition for maintaining cleanliness. We are happy with the choice.

I hope this will significantly reduce once construction is complete and landscaping is done. The distance to the bus stop is also a factor to consider.
