This is my fit home purchase, and I chose Shree Niketan in Durgapur. I decided on a 2 BHK apartment, which has a super builtup area of 913 square feet. The price was around 17.81 Lakh, which fit my budget. The location in Arrah Kalinagar is good, very close to the bus stand, making travel easier. Shree Buildeis the developer, and the project is currently under construction, expected to be ready by September 2027. I felt confident because they have other projects. I really liked the children's play area; it will be great for future family needs. The car parking facility is also essential. It’s a bit of a wait for possession, but the overall package feels right for a fit-time buyer.
