    I purchased a 2 BHK flat in Shree Nidhi Phase 1 for my parents who are living in Pune. The location in Lohegaon is convenient for them as it's close to the hospital and airport. The carpet area is between 438 to 560 sq.ft, and the price range of 50 to 63 Lakhs was acceptable. I liked the amenities like the swimming pool and the gazebo for them to relax. The 24x7 water supply and security are important for elderly residents. Shree Infracon seems to be a reliable developer. My only worry is the lack of easily available bank loan information which made the initial process a bit harder from abroad. But overall, I am happy with the choice for my parents' comfort.

    We were looking for something ready to move near the airport as my husband's office is close by. Shree Nidhi Phase 1 in Lohegaon seemed like a good fit. We got a 2 BHK with a carpet area of around 500 sq.ft for about 55 Lakhs. The Olympic size swimming pool was a big draw for us. Also liked the landscaped gardens. It's been about a month since we moved in. The main road access isn't the best, you have to go through some internal lanes which can be a bit dusty during the day. But overall, the amenities are good and the flat is comfortable for us.

    My husband and I decided to upgrade from our rental flat. We looked at Shree Nidhi Phase 1 in Pune's Lohegaon area. We liked the idea of having a children's play area and the multipurpose room. We looked at a 2 BHK unit with a carpet area of approximately 500 sq.ft, priced around 58 Lakhs. The project is ready to move, which was a major plus. Shree Infracon is the developer here. The apartment layout is functional, but the bedrooms felt a little compact for our liking, especially considering the price. Also, the parking situation can be a bit tricky if you have a larger vehicle. However, the proximity to the airport and the available amenities do make it a decent option for us.

    This is my fit property purchase. I chose Shree Nidhi Phase 1 because it was ready to move and within my budget, around 50 Lakhs for a 438 sq.ft 2 BHK. The location in Kutwal Colony, Lohegaon is developing. I liked the idea of a clubhouse and the 24x7 security. The builder, Shree Infracon, has delivered other projects, so I felt a bit more confident. The main concern for me is that the OC status is not available, which makes me a little nervous. Also, the carpet area for the lower priced units is on the smaller side. I'm hoping the investment value grows over the next few yeaIt’s a decent start for me.

    Our biggest priority was proximity to good schools, and Isabella's International is literally nearby, which is amazing for our kids. Shree Infracon's Shree Nidhi Phase 1 was also close to Orchid Hospital. We bought a 2 BHK flat, carpet area around 560 sq.ft. The prices were in the 60 Lakh range. The children's play area is quite nice and spacious. The construction quality looks decent. One thing we noticed is that the traffic on Porwal Road can get quite heavy during peak hou, especially near the airport. But having the school and hospital so close outweighs that for us. We feel this is a good place for our family.
