The carpet area is between 398 and 529 square feet, which is a comfortable size for two people. The location in Talegaon Dabhade offea quieter environment, which my parents prefer. They have basic but important amenities like solid waste management and electrical meter rooms. Having Mount St. Ann High School right at nearby is a bonus, though not directly relevant to them. The Talegaon Dabhade Railway Station Bus Stop is nearby, which might make independent travel a bit challenging for them, but they will have my support. The project seems well-maintained.
