I purchased a 3 BHK unit at Shree Nakul Homes. The carpet area is around 1300 sq.ft, which is spacious enough for my family. The project by Shree Developeis currently under construction and scheduled for completion in January 2029. I liked the idea of a terrace garden and the 24x7 CCTV surveillance for security. The location in Jorhat is developing nicely. However, the price point is slightly higher than other projects in the vicinity, but I believe the quality and amenities justify it. I also noted that parking seems a bit tight in the plans, which could be an issue later on. I am optimistic about the investment potential here.

We were looking for a comfortable 2 BHK flat in Jorhat and found Shree Nakul Homes. The carpet area of 940 sq.ft is decent. The price of 39.48 Lakh for the 2 BHK is quite reasonable for the area. Shree Developeis building this project, and it is expected to be ready by January 2029. The proximity to the ASTC Jorhat bus stand is a huge plus for commuting. It is also very close to Luit Valley Academy and Chandraprabha Eye Hospital, making it convenient for family needs. The main concern for us is the ongoing construction, which means dust and noise for the next few yeaWe hope the management will take steps to mitigate this.

The price range is also manageable, starting from 39.48 Lakh. I visited the site last week and the construction is ongoing, expected completion is January 2029. The location in Atilagaon, Kushal Nagar is close to Luit Valley Academy and Chandraprabha Eye Hospital, which is very convenient. I am a bit worried about the construction dust near the site, but hopefully, that will settle down once work progresses further. The developer, Shree Develope, seems to have a decent reputation.
