Moving to Nagpur for work and needed a place close to the hospital. Shree Nagari 1 seemed like a good option because Integrity Supepeciality Hospital is only about 6 kilometeaway. The location on Besa Pipla Road Main Road is also convenient for getting around. I looked at a 2 BHK apartment, which was around 978 square feet, and it felt spacious enough for one peon. They included a free modular kitchen and POP, which is a nice touch. The price point was within my budget, starting around 37.16 Lakh. Construction is still underway, so I have to wait until November 2022 for completion. The security features like 24x7 security and smart door locks are reassuring.
