Shri Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Madhyamik Ani Uchhmadhyamik Vidyalay is literally a 2-minute walk from the project, which is a huge relief for us. The 1 BHK apartment is 625 Sq.ft built up, which is sufficient for our small family for now. It's ready to move, so we didn't have to wait. The location in Makhmalabad, Ashwamegh Nagar, also provides quick access to the highway, a short distance. The developer, Shree Buildcons, has completed the project construction. We appreciate the closed car parking facility they provide. This makes daily life much easier.
