    We were looking for a ready-to-move villa and Shree Lotus Valley in Lohegaon seemed like a good option. The 1000 square feet 3 BHK villa is a decent size for us, and we liked that it's a gated community. The children's play area is a nice touch for when family visits. Power backup is also essential for us because of our work timings. The main concern right now is the traffic getting out of Lohegaon during peak hou, it can get quite congested. Shree Waghmare Walke Construction has provided solar water heating, which is a good feature for saving electricity costs. We also liked the vastu compliant design. Security seems okay with 24x7 guards. Overall it feels like a good investment for the future.
