We bought a flat in Shree Laxmi Pride because it is ready to move and we needed to relocate quickly for the kids' new school year. The School of Scholais not too far, which was a major factor for us. The 2 BHK flat size is around 1022 square feet, which feels comfortable for our family of three. The children's play area is a good addition for them to use. The price started at 35.31 Lakh, which was within our budget. The only thing is that the traffic on Hudkeshwar Road can get quite heavy during peak hou, especially going towards the city. Otherwise, the location is quite convenient for daily needs.
