We were looking for a 1 BHK in Pune for our growing family and considered Shree Laxmi Apartment. It is ready to move, which is convenient. The flat size of around 500-580 square feet built-up is adequate for us for now. The price point between 27 and 35 Lakh was acceptable. Having 24x7 water supply and lifts is good. The proximity to The Orbis School, nearby, was a major deciding factor for us. However, the main drawback is the traffic congestion getting into Ganesh Nagar, especially during peak hou, and the distance to Manipal Hospital at nearby is also a bit much. Parking can also be a bit challenging if you have more than one vehicle. Overall, it's a mixed bag but the school proximity is key.
