The hospital, Orange City Hospital & Research Institute, is very close, which is a comfort at my age. The flat size is 959 square feet, which is spacious enough for my family visits. The 24x7 water supply is a significant advantage. The community is gated and has 24x7 security. The building was completed in 2014, and it feels quite stable. My only minor concern is that the internal roads within the complex can get a bit dusty during dry weather. Otherwise, it's a comfortable living space.

We bought a 3 BHK flat which is about 959 square feet, giving us enough room. The community is gated and has 24x7 security, which provides peace of mind. The 24x7 water supply is also a big help for our family's needs. The internal roads and footpaths are decent. My only minor complaint is that the traffic on the main road nearby can be a bit heavy during peak hou, making school drop-offs slightly stressful sometimes. However, the close proximity to the school and hospital outweighs this.
