It’s ready to move, which was a major factor. The proximity to highways like SH-20 and the Nashik-Peth-Gujrat Highway is excellent for connectivity. The 1 BHK configuration with 450 sq.ft carpet area is standard for this market. However, I did notice the access road, Makhmalabad Road, while close, is sometimes busy. Parking availability, both open and closed, is a definite plus point. The project was completed in May 2016, so it has a few yeaof history. SHREE KRISHNA BUILDELDEDEES has a track record.

    Getting our kids to school easily was the main priority, and this place is perfect. Shri Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Madhyamik Ani Uchhmadhyamik Vidyalay is right there, practically walking distance. We bought a 1 BHK unit, the carpet area is 450 sq.ft, which is enough space for us for now. The location in Makhmalabad is developing nicely. We need to drive close to reach the Tirupati Town Bus Stop, which is a bit of a distance if we rely on public transport, but we have our car. SHREE KRISHNA BUILDELDEDEES has provided closed car parking which is a big plus. The greenery around is pleasant. We are happy with the decision.

    We were looking for something ready to move near the highway and Shree Krishna Leeladhar Apartment fit the bill. The 450 sq.ft carpet area for the 1 BHK is decent for us right now. Being close to SH-20 means my commute to work is pretty quick, usually around 20 minutes. The landscaping looks nice, though a bit basic. Parking is available as open or closed, which is good. My only small worry is the dust from the nearby roads sometimes, but it’s manageable. We saw the project was completed back in May 2016, so it’s not brand new but seems well-maintained. The availability of both closed and open car parking options is very convenient. SHREE KRISHNA BUILDELDEDEES has also done some basic landscaping, which is pleasant. My only minor gripe is that the building is right on the road, so there can be some noise from traffic, especially during the day. However, given the price point and convenience, it’s a trade-off I’m willing to make for now. The project completion date was May 2016.

While the location is good, I do find the traffic on the main roads can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is something to consider. Overall, it meets my immediate needs.
