Relocating to Jaipur for work at CK Birla Hospitals | RBH made finding a home a priority. Shree Krishna Heights in Mansarovar, V T Road, seemed like a practical choice given its accessibility. The 4 BHK flat, with a carpet area of 2020 Sq.ft, offecomfort and space. The price point of 78.0 Lakhs is reasonable considering the location and amenities like 24x7 security. NH-8 access is excellent for travel. My only minor concern is the lack of immediate availability of OC received status, which I usually prefer for a ready-to-move property. However, the developer, Shubh Nivesh Builder's & develope, has been responsive to queries. The yoga/meditation area is a nice touch for unwinding.

Our 4 BHK flat has a carpet area of 2060 Sq.ft, giving the kids plenty of room to play inside. The price of 84.0 Lakhs was at the higher end of our budget, but the location's convenience made it worthwhile. The CK Birla Hospitals nearby are also reassuring. We do notice some dust from the nearby highway construction, but it is manageable. Overall, it's a good family home.
