The 4 BHK flat, with a carpet area of 2020 Sq.ft, offecomfort and space. The price point of 78.0 Lakhs is reasonable considering the location and amenities like 24x7 security. NH-8 access is excellent for travel. My only minor concern is the lack of immediate availability of OC received status, which I usually prefer for a ready-to-move property. However, the developer, Shubh Nivesh Builder's & develope, has been responsive to queries. The yoga/meditation area is a nice touch for unwinding.
