It's ready to move, which was important so they didn't have to wait. The 1250 Sq.ft size is ample for their needs. I was looking for a project with good security and maintenance, and this one offe24x7 security and dedicated maintenance staff. The build quality appeasolid from the photos and videos shared. The price of 55.66 Lakh onwards seemed reasonable for the area and the offering.
