We are looking at a 2 BHK flat, with a carpet area of 830 Sq.ft. The project is still under construction and expected to be ready by July 2027. The location is quite good, being close to Baranaghar Road Railway Station and also Eskag Sanjeevani Multispecialty Hospital - Baranagar at nearby. My only concern is the traffic on B. T Road, which can get heavy during peak hou, but that is common for Kolkata. Overall, Shree Karni Projects Private Limited seems to be developing a good residential space.
