The developer, Shree Construction, has put in amenities like a sub-station and rainwater harvesting, which are important for long-term living. The location in Ashok Kunj, Nagri is quite accessible, with the Patel Chowk Bus Stop being very close. Our only minor concern is that the internal roads within the complex could be a bit wider, but it's manageable.

While the project itself is good, the approach road from the main highway could be better maintained, and sometimes there's a bit of noise from the nearby main road.
