We chose a 3 BHK flat, and the carpet area ranges from 862 sq.ft to 1041 sq.ft, offering plenty of space for our growing family. The developer, Shree Construction, has put in amenities like a sub-station and rainwater harvesting, which are important for long-term living. The location in Ashok Kunj, Nagri is quite accessible, with the Patel Chowk Bus Stop being very close. Our only minor concern is that the internal roads within the complex could be a bit wider, but it's manageable.

The developer, Shree Construction, has included important features like a solid waste management system and water conservation measures, which shows foresight. Being close to Orchid Medical Centre is reassuring at this stage of life. The project's location near DAV Hehal sr. Wing Itki road is accessible. My only reservation is the parking space, which seems a bit limited if you have multiple vehicles. Otherwise, it offea comfortable living environment.

  As a government employee, I look for reliability and good facilities. Shree Jagjyoti Enclave, developed by Shree Construction, offea ready-to-move option. I was interested in their 2 BHK flats, which have carpet areas starting from 654 sq.ft. The project includes essential amenities like 24x7 water supply and fire fighting systems, which are crucial. The proximity to Jawahar Vidya Mandir, Shyamali is also a plus point for families. I did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, but since the project is ready, this should settle down soon. The price point was within my budget expectations.

The inclusion of an RO water system and an EV charging point are significant pluses for our lifestyle. The location near Jawahar Vidya Mandir, Shyamali is convenient. While the project itself is good, the approach road from the main highway could be better maintained, and sometimes there's a bit of noise from the nearby main road.

However, I found the internal roads and footpaths to be somewhat narrow, which could be an issue during peak times. This is something potential buyeshould consider.
