The children's play area is fantastic, and the villa itself, we chose the 446 Sq.ft carpet area, has a practical layout. Having Podar World School just a short distance away makes our mornings so much easier. Shree Hari Buildcon also included Vastu compliant design which was important to us. The internal roads are well-laid. My main concern is the traffic noise from Makarpura Road, especially during peak hou, which can be quite noticeable. Despite that, the community hall is a nice addition for family gatherings.
