My parents mentioned that the area can get quite dusty at times, likely due to the industrial proximity in Vatva, but they are managing.

I finally bought my own place at Shree Hari Pratham Sky. The location in Narolgam is convenient, close to the Narol Circle Bus Stop which is great for getting around Ahmedabad. I looked at the 2 BHK configuration, which is around 537 square feet, a good size for one peon. The price was within my budget, around 25 Lakhs. I liked that there is 24x7 security and a paved compound. The yoga and meditation area is a nice bonus for unwinding after work. My only small worry is that the Narol-Aslali Highway can get quite busy, especially during peak hou, and I'm not sure about the dust levels from the nearby Vatva area.
