I opted for a 14797 Sq.ft plot, giving them ample space. The developer, Shree Hari Housing Resorts And Infra, has completed the project as it is ready to move in, which simplifies things for my parents. The location is good with easy access to Beed Bypass Road and also Bypass (Waluj) Bus Stop nearby. The provision for recreation facilities and landscaping is a nice touch for them to enjoy. My only hesitation was the distance, but my parents are happy with the plot and the overall environment.

We liked the landscaping and the internal roads that Shree Hari Housing Resorts And Infra have put in place. The proximity to Nath Valley School (0.8 km) is fantastic for our children. Being ready to move is a big advantage. Our main concern is that the sewage treatment plant is right at the edge of the project, and we hope it doesn't cause any issues later. But overall, it feels like a good step up from renting.
