We opted for a 2 BHK flat, which is 1400 Sq.ft built up and offeenough space for our two children. The project is ready to move, which was a huge relief as we didn't want to wait. The developer, Shree Ganesh Builde& Develope, has been around for a while. The children's play area is a nice addition for the kids. We did notice some dust from the nearby road construction, but that's expected in a growing area.
