    We chose Shree DevelopePalak Elina because of its proximity to Shanti Asiatic School, which is literally a minute away. That was a huge factor for us with two young kids. The 5 BHK layout is spacious, giving everyone their own room and privacy. Living here since it was completed in July 2016, we’ve found the area to be quite peaceful. The proximity to NH 147 and Sardar Patel ring road, both nearby, makes commuting easier. The gymnasium and swimming pool are well-maintained and the kids love the amphitheater for events. My only minor complaint is the traffic on Ambli road during peak houcan be a bit much sometimes, but it’s manageable.

The Vastu compliant design was also a key consideration. The built-up area of 6000 square feet provides ample room, and I particularly enjoy the landscaped gardens and flower gardens for my morning walks. The security features, like video door security and 24x7 CCTV surveillance, give me peace of mind. My only real concern is that the OC has not been provided yet, which is a bit unusual. Otherwise, the water supply is consistent and the lift service is prompt.

The location is central to my needs, with Shalby Multi-Specialty Hospitals just a minute away, which is reassuring. I also appreciate the robust security systems, including intercom and video door security. The swimming pool and gymnasium are great for unwinding after work. The price of 6.12 Crore onwards is definitely on the premium side, but the quality of construction by Shree Developeseems good. My only issue is that sometimes the power backup takes a few minutes to kick in during outages, which can be inconvenient when I am on an important call.
