We bought a 2 BHK flat which is around 484 square feet, quite a decent size for us and the kids. The construction seems solid and it was ready to move in December 2022, which was perfect for our timeline. The 24/7 water supply is a relief too. Parking is closed car parking, which is good. The only thing is the road leading here can get a bit busy during school drop-off and pick-up times, but it's manageable.
