The location in Velampalayam is decent, and it is very convenient to have Jai Saradha Matriculation Higher Secondary School and The Eye Foundation Eye Hospital just a stone's throw away. It’s also great that the Balamurugan Nagar Bus Station is only a 6-minute walk from the project. Shree Shakthi Developer has built a solid structure. We checked the construction quality, and it looks good. The only minor issue is that the roads around the immediate vicinity can be a bit dusty during dry spells, but it's manageable. We are happy with our decision.
