We are teacheand were looking to upgrade from our rented place. Shree Apartment in Parli Vaijnath seemed like a good choice for our growing family. We chose a 2 BHK with a carpet area of around 750 Sq.ft, which gives us much more space. The project is ready to move, completed in July 2023. Shree Enterprises has provided amenities such as 24X7 water supply and landscaping. Rainwater harvesting is also a good environmental feature. The carpet area is decent, but the bedrooms themselves felt a little smaller than expected for a 2 BHK. Overall, it’s a significant improvement over our rental, and the location is fairly convenient.

This is my fit flat purchase ever, and I chose Shree Apartment in Parli Vaijnath. I bought a 1 BHK with a carpet area of 600 Sq.ft. It felt like the right size for me to start with. The project is ready to move in, which was a relief. I looked at the landscaping and tree planting done by Shree Enterprises, and it makes the complex look nice. The sewage treatment plant is also a good inclusion. I did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, which is a bit of a bother, but I guess that’s common in developing areas. Hope it settles down soon.

It’s spacious and has good ventilation. The project is ready to move since July 2023, which is perfect. Shree Enterprises has taken care of essential amenities like 24X7 water supply and fire fighting systems, which gives peace of mind. The hospital is very close at nearby, which is a definite plus. The only minor issue is the connectivity to the main road; you have to navigate through a few internal lanes.

It is ready to move, which was a big factor for me as I did not want to wait any longer. The flat carpet area is around 640 sq.ft which feels spacious enough for my family. Shree Enterprises has included good amenities like 24X7 water supply and solid waste management, which are essential. The street lighting is also good. My only slight worry is the open parking; during peak season, finding a spot might be a bit challenging if guests visit often. Overall, it’s a decent place to settle in Beed.

Shree Apartment in Shahunagar, Parli Vaijnath, offered a ready-to-move 2 BHK with a carpet area of 890 Sq.ft, which is quite generous. Shree Enterprises has included important facilities like storm water drains and solid waste management. The electrical meter room is properly set up. The Vidyavardhini Vidyalaya school being nearby is great if I ever need it for family. The parking situation is open, which is fine, but could get crowded. The construction quality looks solid, and the completion date was met.
