The location in Civil Lines is quite convenient, especially being close to Boys' High School And College, which saves us a lot of travel time every morning. The carpet area for our 3 BHK, which is between 1055 and 1601 square feet, gives us enough space to live comfortably. We appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the presence of lifts. The entrance gate security cabin and 24x7 CCTV surveillance make us feel secure. My only small concern is that the roads around Vivek Vihar Colony can get a bit dusty during construction season, but hopefully, that will improve.
