While we are excited about the space and amenities, we did find the noise from construction activities nearby to be a bit of a concern during our site visit. We are hoping this reduces once more residents move in.

The presence of a temple within the complex is also a nice touch for family values. The location in Waghodia, Timbi is quite, and I liked the tree plantation. I am a bit concerned about the traffic on the main road leading to the project, especially during peak houIt gets quite congested sometimes. Shree Akshar Buildehas put in a lot of amenities, including an Olympic size swimming pool and cycling tracks. The children's play area is well-maintained. It’s a ready-to-move project, which means we could potentially move in soon. The location at Timbi, Waghodia is peaceful. However, the dust from the surrounding undeveloped areas was noticeable during our visit, and I hope Shree Akshar Buildeaddresses this. Also, car parking seemed a bit limited for the number of villas.
