The location in Chandkheda offegood connectivity and is near KD Hospital. Shree Shakti Developeis the builder, and their project is under construction with a December 2026 completion date. I appreciate the earthquake-resistant structure and the provision for EV charging points. The limited number of amenities like a yoga area and gymnasium are adequate for a comfortable living. A slight worry is the parking situation; I hope it's sufficient for all residents when the project is completed.
