This is my fit home purchase, a 2 BHK in Shravanthi Orchids. SHRAVANTHI SHELTELTETEES handed over the property in March 2006, and it was ready to move. The built-up area is 1365 square feet. The location in Padmanabha Nagar is nice and quiet generally. I checked out the children's play area and the car parking facilities. Everything seems functional. I am still getting used to the apartment living. The nearby NU Hospitals is a good safety net to have so close by. Overall, a good start.

The apartment is 2400 square feet, so there's enough space for everyone. SHRAVANTHI SHELTELTETEES completed the project a while back, and it's ready to move. The children's play area is well-maintained. The only minor issue is that parking can be a bit challenging during visiting hou, but otherwise, it's great.
