The project is ready to move in, which was a significant advantage. Key amenities like a multipurpose room and a children's play area are available. Its closeness to Jayanagar and JP Nagar is also a plus for connectivity. However, the dust and noise from nearby ongoing constructions in the area can be a bit botheome at times, though the management says it's temporary.
