    We bought a 3 BHK here because of the location. Delhi Public School Bengaluru South is very close, nearby, which was a major factor for us. Our kids can walk to school. The flat size is comfortable, around 1200 Sq.ft. It was completed in 2011, so it's an older building, but SHRAVANTHI SHELTELTETEES is a known name. The price was around 42 Lakhs. We liked the children's play area and the cycling track. The only small issue is that Kanakapura Main Road can get quite busy during peak hou, so traffic can be a concern sometimes.
