The location on Undera - Koily Road, near Undera Village, offea peaceful environment. However, one significant concern is the lack of OC received status, which is unusual for a property completed so long ago. This detail made me hesitant initially. Also, the surrounding area is still developing, so don't expect immediate access to all modern conveniences.
