The location on Undera - Koily Road, near Undera Village, offea peaceful environment. However, one significant concern is the lack of OC received status, which is unusual for a property completed so long ago. This detail made me hesitant initially. Also, the surrounding area is still developing, so don't expect immediate access to all modern conveniences.

The area near Undera Village is relatively peaceful. The main drawback is that the OC received status is not available, which caused some delays with my housing loan application through the bank. The presence of utility shops within the complex is very convenient for daily purchases. Security guards are also present, which gives a sense of safety. The location on Undera - Koily Road is accessible. My only slight concern is the noise from the nearby main road during peak hou, especially the traffic. However, once inside the apartment, it is not too botheome. I found the price point of 15 Lakhs onwards to be quite reasonable for Vadodara.
