    Living in retirement should be peaceful, and Shraddha Heritage seems to offer that. I am considering a 4 BHK villa, specifically the 2328 Sq.ft carpet area option. The project being a gated community with ample landscaping and tree planting is appealing. The provision for 24x7 water supply with a pressure system is a must-have, and they seem to have that covered. The proximity to Vastral Metro Station at nearby is convenient for occasional travel. The developer, Shraddha Infrabuild, has focused on community buildings and even an amphitheater, which is nice. My only reservation is the finishing timeline; December 2027 feels quite far off, but good things take time.

The parking is closed car parking, which is good.

    I purchased a villa in Shraddha Heritage. The area of 2953 Sq.ft for the 4 BHK is substantial. I appreciate the Vastu compliant design and the landscaping provided. It's also great that they have provisions for solar energy as part of the electrification. The location is good with easy access to Ahmedabad-Vadodara Expressway and CTM-Ramol Road. However, the entrance road to the project, Canal Road, is a bit narrow for my liking, and I worry about getting larger vehicles in and out easily during peak times. The overall development by Shraddha Infrabuild looks promising, and the inclusion of a senior citizen relaxation area is thoughtful.
