My partner and I recently moved into our 1 BHK apartment in Shrachi Solis Phase I Renaissance. The 558 sq.ft built-up area is perfect for us as a couple, and we love the Vastu Compliant design. The price was within our budget, around 13 Lakh, which was a big plus. The Premium Club with International Standards offegreat amenities like the Swimming Pool and Gymnasium, perfect for unwinding after work. The only minor issue is the open parking can sometimes be a challenge if you have guests over, but overall it's a good place for young professionals.

The location near Nawabhat More On National Highway 2 is convenient. The project offeessential amenities like Power Backup and 24x7 Security, which are important for a government employee like myself. The presence of Bengal FAITH Hospital and Burdwan Medical College and Hospital nearby provides excellent healthcare access. The price was reasonable, around 20 Lakh. Construction seems solid, and it's ready to move in.

We chose Shrachi Solis Phase I Renaissance mainly because of the educational facilities within the township. Having Adamas International School and Narayana School so close by was a huge factor for us. The 3 BHK apartment we booked has a built-up area of 974 sq.ft, which is enough room for our growing family. The Children's Play Area is well-maintained and the kids love it. The 24x7 Security provides peace of mind. While the township itself is great, getting onto the National Highway 2 during peak houcan be a bit slow due to traffic congestion.
