The 1 BHK apartment has a carpet area of about 404 Sq.ft, which is a bit small for a growing family, but the price of 18.40 Lakh was very attractive. Shivteerth Associates has provided solid waste management and landscaping. It’s ready to move, so we could settle in quickly. The K K CARE Hospital being nearby is also a big plus for emergencies.
