I bought a 2 BHK in Shivshri Pride. The carpet area of 771 Sq.ft is sufficient for me. I paid around 45 Lakh for the flat. The location is decent, and it's ready to move. Shivshri Properties offebasic amenities like car parking, which is important in Pune. Landscaping is also present. My main hesitation was the price, which felt a little on the higher side for Baramati, but the ready-to-move aspect sealed the deal. I hope the maintenance charges are also reasonable once I move in. The lack of OC status is a bit concerning, but the developer seems reputable.
