    After a long career, I wanted a peaceful place to settle down. Shivshailya by Sunetra offeplots in a serene environment. I purchased a 506 Sq.ft plot. The project is ready to move in as of June 2024. They have basic amenities like street lighting and 24X7 water supply, which are crucial for comfort. The proximity to Shri Chhatrapati Shivaji High School (0.1 km) and BURANDE HOSPITAL (0.3 km) is excellent for any family needs. The internal roads and footpaths are also well laid out. My only minor reservation is that the plots are quite small for some people's preferences, but for my needs, it's just right. Overall, a good place for retirement.
