We got a 1 BHK apartment, the 384 square feet one, which is spacious enough for us right now. It was priced around 16 Lakhs and was ready to move in, which was a huge relief. The project by Shivpraj Builder And Developer was finished in December 2019. The electrical meter room is a practical amenity. The only downside we've noticed is that the noise from the nearby road can be a bit much during the day.
