The 1695 square foot 3 BHK is quite large, plenty of space for my furniture and work setup. It's close to the Ring Road, making commutes easier. Getting to Hingna Road and Umrer Road is also not too difficult from here. The price point of 55.0 L onwards felt reasonable for the size and location. I haven't seen many amenities listed, which is a bit of a downside, but for my needs, the flat itself is the priority. The construction completion was March 2024, so it's quite new.
