After yeaof renting, we decided to buy our own plot. Shivnagri in Hingna, Wardha Road caught our eye because it's a developing area. We are looking at the larger plots, around 4279 sq.ft, to build a spacious home. The project has essential amenities like electrification with solar energy options and storm water drains, which are important for long-term living. It's also a gated community. While it's ready to move, the immediate surroundings can be a bit dusty due to ongoing construction nearby and on the main Wardha Road. We are hoping Dhanraj Ganpatrao Babade ensures good quality construction for the internal roads and common areas. The price point was acceptable for us, making it a feasible upgrade.
