We’ve been renting for yeaand finally decided to buy our own place in Shivkunj Residency. We chose a 2 BHK apartment which has a carpet area of 537 sq.ft. The developer, Shiv Kunj Enterprise, has included a children's play area and a senior citizen siteout, which will be great for our family. It's still under construction, expected to finish by March 2026. The location in Makarpura, near Ayodhya Residency, is quite convenient, especially since Akshar Public School is right at nearby. We are paying a good price for this upgrade. The biggest drawback we've noticed is the parking situation; the closed car parking seems a bit tight, especially if we have guests over with their vehicles.
