Securing a home in Shivi Krishna Valley was a priority for my family. We opted for a 3 BHK villa, which has a super builtup area of approximately 1920 sq.ft. The property is ready to move, a significant advantage. It's a gated community and the developer, Shivi Develope, has ensured 24x7 water supply and proper street lighting. The location is Sector 16 B, Noida Extension, which is developing rapidly. The price point was acceptable, fitting within our planned expenditure. My only reservation is the distance to the Shaheed Sthal Metro Station, which is over 7 kilometeaway, making daily commute via metro a challenge. Still, the overall infrastructure seems solid.

This is my fit property purchase, a 3 BHK villa in Shivi Krishna Valley. I found the 1680 sq.ft size perfect for my needs. It is a gated community with internal roads and footpaths which is nice. I really liked that it's Vastu compliant. The price was about 84 Lakhs, which was within my budget for a ready-to-move villa. The developer, Shivi Develope, seems to have put in good amenities like street lighting and sewage treatment. The only thing that worries me is the traffic on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway during peak hou, getting to work might be difficult sometimes. Otherwise, it feels like a good start.

The super builtup area is around 1700 sq.ft, which feels quite spacious for them. It's a gated community with 24x7 water supply and CCTV surveillance, so I feel they will be safe. The location in Noida Extension, Sector 16 B is decent, close to SKS World School. My only concern is the distance to Ghaziabad for major hospitals, it’s a bit of a drive. The price was around 85 Lakhs, which seemed reasonable for a villa of this size in Greater Noida.
