I purchased a 2 BHK villa, 720 square feet, ready to move. The location in Sector 16B, Noida, is accessible via Maripat Road. Commuting to the hospital will be straightforward. The price was within my expectations, around 60 Lakhs. The Noida Sec 16 Metro Station is also very close, just 1.2 kilomete, which is great for exploring the city. I am pleased with the decision, the villa feels spacious and well-constructed by Shivi Develope

It is ready to move in, which was a big plus because I did not want to wait too long. The price was around 58 Lakhs, which fit my budget after a lot of searching. It is located on Maripat Road in Sector 16B, Noida. The developer, Shivi Develope, seems to have decent projects. I visited the site and it looks well-built. Getting to the Noida Expressway is also quite easy, only about 6 kilometeaway, so commuting shouldn't be too bad. I am excited to move in next month.
