Dhanani Developeis building it. The main draw for us was the location being close to the SP Ring Road and not too far from Vastral Gam Metro Station, which is nearby. They also have 24x7 CCTV surveillance and a children's play area, which is great for us. The project is under construction, expected to be ready by December 2029. The parking situation seems adequate for now. We are excited to move in.
