    We've been renting for yeaand finally decided to buy our own home in Shivanta. Shree Maruti Developeoffered 3 BHK flats around 1035 sq.ft, which is a big upgrade for us. The price starting at 52 Lakhs was manageable with our savings and a bank loan. The landscaping and tree planting make the complex look nice. Having a lift and 24x7 water supply are essential for us. We did find the internal roads within the complex a bit narrow for parking our car comfortably, but it's manageable. The proximity to the Harni Airforce Station Bus Stop is also a plus for our daily commute.
