    Our main reason for choosing Shivam Villa in Taali was its proximity to good schools. Akshar Public School is nearby, and Vatsalya Children Hospital is also at the same distance. Sainath Realty is building these 3 BHK villas, and we chose a plot size of 1390 Sq.ft. The price was around 68.5 Lakh. We need space for our growing kids, so the villa format is ideal. The children's play area is a good facility, and the landscaping will make it pleasant. The project is under construction until March 2030. We are a bit concerned about the dust from the ongoing construction, but that's typical for projects in this phase. Overall, we are happy with the decision.
